Bios

Karla Pollack, Principal brings solid marketing experience and creative approaches to association management, public relations, government affairs, and digital engagement. She advances the interests and elevates the visibility of each client organization or coalition. Whether working with Board Members, Executive Directors or Association Members, Karla’s expertise in problem solving brings the needed effectiveness to meet client goals.

Elizabeth (Libby) Vinson, Senior Vice President has over 20 years of experience coordinating government affairs, public relations and communication strategy campaigns the local, state and national level. Libby spearheads the firm’s advocacy efforts, creating and executing impactful messaging and strategic outreach to advance clients’ policy goals and positioning.

Ann C. Zawartkay, CPA, CGMA, Chief Financial Officer joined ABS in 2017 as CFO. She recognizes the critical need for quality accounting and compliance services tailored specifically to the needs of the nonprofit community. She specializes in accounting services for nonprofit organizations, including preparation of federal and state registrations and renewals, bookkeeping and financial reporting, and outsourced chief financial officer services.
