September Roundtable – Burnout! Strategies for Handling Our New Normal

  • 17 Sep 2020
  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
  • Online - Zoom

Registration

Lauren Ronaghan, WID Mercer Board Member and Program Coordinator at the Old Barracks Museum, Trenton will lead this month’s roundtable discussion.

How are we handling burnout? When your towering to-do list, limited resources, lean staff, and – oh, don’t forget, there’s a global pandemic – make you feel like there’s no way you can stay focused on your tasks, you likely feel you just can’t do it all.

Join this support session to learn some tricks on mitigating damage when burnout happens and avoiding it in the future. You’ll have the opportunity to share your own challenges and suggested methods of maintaining a positive work environment.

This roundtable will focus primarily on burnout in the workplace, but now that so many people have blended home and workplaces, this will naturally include general feelings of burnout due to our current “new normal”.

Roundtables for 2020-2021 are being conducted via Zoom.
