Wellness in the Workplace

We are all looking to take a healthier approach to work in 2023 - especially as women in the nonprofit sector! However, making changes and forming new habits can be a challenge. Do you need support in implementing your goals? Join the Women in Development - New Jersey Board of Directors and members for an interactive roundtable on Wellness in the Workplace!

This session will begin with a group meditation - led by Linda Domino - to help us set our intentions for the new year. We will then build a road map to help you determine your objectives and develop strategies to help you achieve your workplace wellness goals!

Attendees will walk away from this roundtable with a personalized plan. Members will have access to additional tips, a resource page, a recording of the session, as well as all other post-roundtable materials.

• Registration for each roundtable is required.
• Are always FREE for members.
• $15 for non-members.
• Roundtables provide an opportunity for open discussion and a safe place to brainstorm new ideas and strategies.
• All levels of experience in development, fundraising, and nonprofit management are welcome.
