Grant writer and Development Associate - Part Time

The Greater Trenton Jewish Cemetery Project is restoring dignity to our ancestors’ cemeteries, honoring their contributions, and setting a good example of stewardship for future generations.

Central New Jersey Jewish not for profit agency is looking for a Grant writer and Development Associate to build organizational assets and create a legacy giving program. This position is hourly part time 10-15 hours per month.

The responsibilities include:

• Work collaboratively with Board members and community members to identify potential grant making organizations that would support the organizational mission
• Donor prospect research to increase donor base
• Cultivate, recognize and steward existing donors
• Work collaboratively with community leadership agency to build a legacy giving program
• Knowledge of Jewish culture and traditions preferred
