WID Board Member Devon McGuinness will lead May's Roundtable on Social Listening

Social Listening

Social Listening is a way to monitor your organization, activities, and associations throughout social media, but not exclusively focused on analytics. It is more than following a share or a hashtag. It is a strategy to learn how your organization is being discussed (or not) through your social networks.

This session is a basic introduction and will answer questions like, “What is social learning?”, “Why is it important?” and “How can we stop talking at my community and start listening to them?”

ROUNDTABLES

  • Will be hosted on the third Thursday of the month on Zoom.
  • Registration for each roundtable is required.
  • Are always FREE for members
  • $15 for non-members
  • Led by WID members, provide an opportunity for frank discussion and a safe place to brainstorm new ideas and strategies.
  • All levels of experience in Development and Fundraising are welcome.
