WID Roundtable – September 2017
September 15 @ 8:30 am - 10:00 am
Managing “Up” in Your Organization
Together we will discuss the relationship between executive directors, who are visionaries with amazing ideas and the staff members (including development professionals) who implement these ideas. Managing our boss’ expectations in taking their ideas into actual programs and events with set budgets and busy calendars can be difficult. Let’s talk about how to manage your boss’ expectations and effectively “manage” up.
This Roundtable Discussion will be led by Amy Zacks, Life and Legacy Coach, Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Mercer and Cheri Durst, Director of PR and Communications, United Way of Greater Mercer County
